We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with 15+ years of IAM experience to architect, lead, and deliver largeā€scale IAM programs for enterprise clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing global Saviynt solutions, leading delivery teams, and driving successful client outcomes.
This is a handsā€on consulting role requiring strong solution architecture skills, delivery leadership, and the ability to build trusted executiveā€level relationships.

This role is ideal for a seasoned IAM leader who can architect solutions, lead engagements, drive delivery excellence, and build trusted executive relationships to ensure successful IAM transformation outcomes.

Required skills:
Core IAM Expertise
ā€¢ Minimum of 10+ years of IAM experience with deep hands-on and architectural knowledge
ā€¢ Strong experience in Saviynt (IGA, PAM, CIEM) with global or complex deployments
ā€¢ Knowledge of Entra ID, CyberArk, and other IAM/AM platforms
ā€¢ Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, directories, cloud services, and business apps

Architecture & Delivery Excellence
ā€¢ Proven ability to architect IAM solutions across hybrid and multiā€cloud environments
ā€¢ Demonstrated leadership delivering large IAM transformation programs
ā€¢ Strong coordination skills across engineering, architecture, and operations teams

Business & Consulting Acumen
ā€¢ Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
ā€¢ Experience supporting preā€sales, solution design, and proposal development
ā€¢ Understanding of regulatory standards and IAM governance models

Preferred Qualifications
ā€¢ Certifications in Saviynt, Microsoft EntraID, or CyberArk
ā€¢ Experience working with global delivery teams
ā€¢ Knowledge of emerging IAM trends such as ITDR and identity analytics

Soft Skills
ā€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā€¢ Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
ā€¢ Independent ownership mindset with proactive improvement attitude.
ā€¢ Experience working directly with vendors and vendor support teams.

Nice to have skills:
Global deployment experience
