Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Director

Grant Thornton INDUS is modernizing enterprise identity with Microsoft Entra ID at the center and Oracle HCM as the source of truth for our workforce. We’re looking for a Director on IAM to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for HR‑driven identity lifecycle, governance, and Zero‑Trust controls across a multi‑entity, multi‑geo firm. You’ll turn complex identity challenges into secure, automated, and auditable outcomes that improve both user experience and risk posture.
