Pay:$54.00 - $64.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: ****Hybrid role. Tuesday to Thursday in office.
Description:
A Security Analyst will:
- Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, and business unit professionals, project managers and other areas, and Service Providers to perform and/or support operations of IAM processes
- Help drive resolution of IAM related issues, including with CyberArk, and reporting on Service Provider operations, as directed by the IAM Manager and/or CyberArk Product Owner
- Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with project managers and Service Provider personnel to help track and monitor projects that meet business needs and adhere to agreed-upon service levels (e.g., budget, schedule, quality)
- Facilitate audits of processes related to IAM Security Services.
- Confirm that Security Services supporting and procedures documentation is available and kept up-to-date Maintain a solid understanding of the Service Providers’ security operations and service delivery capabilities and processes
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in support CyberArk PVWA,/EPV
- Knowledge/Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, RHEL from an account management standpoint
- Experience with CyberArk PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, and CCM - all a plus
- Excellent analytical abilities, including process analysis and development, problem solving and root cause analysis
