Financial Controller Supervisor

In this role you will be responsible foroverseeing the financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cost control activities of MXM, including the Cross Dock, Shared Service Center, and Technical Center. Partners with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights, ensure compliance with corporate policies, support strategic decision-making, optimize resource utilization, and drive the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Leadbudgetingandforecastingactivities,ensuringaccuratefinancialplansthatsupportoperationalandbusinessobjectivesacrossMXM.

• Prepareandanalyzefinancialreports,providingtimelyandactionableinsightstosupportmanagementdecision-making.

• Monitorbudget-to-actualperformanceandconductvarianceanalysis,identifyingtrends,risks,andopportunitieswhilerecommendingcorrectiveactions.

• Reviewandapproverequisitionsandexpenditures,ensuringspendingalignswithapprovedbudgets,financialpolicies,andbusinesspriorities.

• Partnerwithoperationalandbusinessleaderstoprovidefinancialguidance,supportingstrategicplanning,costmanagement,andoverallbusinessperformance.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield,withastrongunderstandingoffinancialmanagementprinciples.

• Minimumof6yearsofexperienceinfinancialcontrolling,generalaccounting,budgeting,forecasting,financialreporting,andmonth-endcloseprocesses,preferablyincomplexoperationalenvironments.

• Strongknowledgeofaccountingstandards(IFRSand/orUSGAAP)andtheirapplicationtofinancialanalysis,reporting,andbusinessdecisionsupport.

• Advancedproficiencyinfinancialsystemsandanalyticaltools,includingJDE,OneStream,BlackLine,andAdvancedExcel,withtheabilitytomanagelargedatasetsandgeneratemeaningfulinsights.

• Excellentfinancialplanning,analysis,andbusinesspartneringskills, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, expensemanagement,andtheabilitytoprovideactionablerecommendationstooperationalleaders.
