Position Summary...
Lead the global controls testing, assurance, and monitoring function for Spark Earnings Excellence, establishing a risk-based audit framework, annual plan, performance metrics, and evidence standards aligned to business priorities. Oversee cross-functional reviews from scope and resourcing through testing, reporting, and remediation validation. Ensure audit programs, workpapers, and conclusions meet internal standards and regulatory expectations, while coordinating with external auditors and stakeholders. Deliver clear, actionable findings to senior leadership, highlight emerging risks and recurring control weaknesses, and track issues through closure. Build team capability, promote continuous improvement, and strengthen audit readiness, control effectiveness, and organizational accountability across earnings and tax operations.About the team:

We lead strategic initiatives that enhance compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency while improving the contractor experience. Focused on operational excellence and effective problem solving, the team drives seamless execution and innovation across procure-to-pay activities, fostering strong partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes aligned with company objectives.
What you'll do...
- Lead the independent controls testing, assurance, and monitoring capability for Spark Earnings Excellence.
- Define the assurance strategy, risk-based testing plan, evidence standards, and reporting cadence across earnings and tax controls.
- Assess control design, implementation, and operating effectiveness; classify deficiencies and validate remediation.
- Deliver forward-looking insights on controls at risk from scale, regulatory change, new markets, or system releases.
- Partner across Operations, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Audit while preserving maker-checker independence.
- Build a high-performing team, strengthen audit readiness, and provide clear executive visibility into control health, recurring issues, and residual risk through concise dashboards, issue aging, and trend analysis
What you'll bring...
- Extensive experience in audit management and controls, including global audit planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal controls testing, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive audit strategies.
- Expertise in process improvement, fraud investigation, and IT general controls (ITGC).
- Proficiency in applying international standards and enterprise risk management (ERM) principles.
- Demonstrated skills in developing talent, mentoring, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
