Responsibility: 

  • Drive the development of reference solutions and proof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases (e.g., parking assistance, seat belt reminder, occupant monitoring, and beyond)
  • Design, implement, and validate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes for next-generation UWB applications
  • Work closely with system architects and product engineers to provide high-quality technical support, while driving the definition and realization of new automotive UWB use cases
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, FAE, and Product Engineering teams to support new product introductions and accelerate market adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, collecting requirements and identifying opportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation, system-level support materials, and training content, contributing to knowledge sharing and customer enablement

Requirements:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, with a strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processing and machine learning
  • Proficient in programming languages including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS system and algorithm development
  • Solid understanding of signal processing and communication systems, including modulation schemes, angle of arrival estimation, and beamforming techniques.
  • Solid background in connectivity, RF, mm Wave Radar or UWB or similar wireless technologies
  • Knowledge of semiconductor and Automotive markets is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset
  • Proven ability to structure complex problem-solving processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
