We are seeking an Executive Assistant for the SVP & Deputy General Counsel for Trust & Privacy, Trade and Enterprise Operations Legal.Â
Appliesextensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision, and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non- exempt employees.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Provide exemplary administrative support to the Deputy General Counsel for Trust & Privacy, Trade, and Enterprise Operations Legal
- Manages calendar for the Leadership Team, including meeting prioritization and resolving calendaring conflicts seamlesslyÂ
- Works closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure smooth running of all calendars; on occasions, works with L1 Executive Leadership Team to align meetings as neededÂ
- Ensures all travel-related needs are met, and any issues are addressed as soon as possibleÂ
- Completes expense reports in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring accuracyÂ
- Assists in planning and scheduling meetings – both large and small - for the Trust & Privacy, Trade, and Enterprise Operations Legal Organization.  May include travel, hotel bookings, and ground transportationÂ
- Understands and ensures adherence to HP policies and procedures, including those related to travel and expensesÂ
- Provides leadership and partnership to other Assistants in Legal to ensure alignment and a consistent experienceÂ
- Builds a strong network to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate mannerÂ
- Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutionsÂ
- Completes work with minimal supervision/directionÂ

- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship buildingÂ
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretionÂ
- Exceptional attention to detailÂ
- Intermediate or Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite and communication toolsÂ
- Ability to perform under pressureÂ
- Notary certification preferredÂ
Education Required:Â
- High school graduate; two years or more of college-level education highly preferred.Â
- Typically requires a minimum of 7+ years of general legal experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level educationÂ
The pay range for this position is $32 to $38 USD per hour (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
