Role Summary

As a React Native Developer - Senior Associate, you will design and develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintaincross-platform mobile applications usingReact Native.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth communication between mobile and backend services.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Collaborate withUI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable code and conductcode reviews for best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency inReact Native,JavaScript/TypeScript, andES6+.
Experience withRedux,React Navigation, andmobile app architecture.
Familiarity withnative modules (Android/iOS) and third-party libraries.
Knowledge ofRESTful APIs,GraphQL, andintegration with backend services.
Understanding ofmobile performance optimization anddebugging tools.
Minimum3–5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least2 years in React Native.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Experience withCI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Familiarity withApp Store/Play Store deployment and compliance guidelines.
Knowledge ofunit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
Exposure toAgile methodologies andteam leadership.
