Assoc/Snr Assoc, Agentic AI Engineer, Risk Technology, Risk Management Group

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refinetechnical and AI-related requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintainscalable applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Develop and integrateLLM-powered features (e.g., copilots, chatbots, decision-support tools).
• Build backend services usingJava, Python, Node.js, and modern frameworks (FastAPI, Spring Boot).
• Performprompt engineering, context engineering, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
• Build and orchestrateAI agents, Agent Harness, and multi-agent workflows.
• ApplyOOP, OOAD principles, and design patterns to deliver robust systems.
• IntegrateLLM APIs and managevector databases and embeddings forsemantic search.
• DevelopAI evaluation, testing harnesses, and guardrails to ensureperformance and reliability.
• Design and optimizeSQL databases and work withORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
• Contribute tofull-stack development, includingUI/UX usingJavaScript/TypeScript.
• Manage end-to-endSDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelines for bothapplication and AI workloads.
• Work in aDevOps environment, supportingautomation, monitoring, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency inPython; working knowledge ofJavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience withFastAPI, Spring Boot, andbackend frameworks.
• Experience buildingRESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience or exposure toLLMs, prompt engineering, or AI application development.
• Understanding ofRAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Familiarity withAI agent frameworks (LangChain) andAgent Harness concepts.
• Knowledge ofAI evaluation, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation techniques.
• Good understanding ofbackend architecture, distributed systems, OOP, and design patterns.
• Proficiency inSQL, relational databases, andORM tools (Hibernate, JPA); familiarity withNoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Experience withCI/CD, Git, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Strongcommunication skills and ability to explaincomplex engineering and AI concepts.
