• EDI, IBM Sterling Integrator
o Good knowledge in different EDI standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT and perform end-to-end file conversion/transfer using Sterling Integrator.
o Good experience in partner onboarding, simple to complex level mapping and BP developments.
o Manage and monitor file transfers using protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, FMS/JMS
• Platform support & admin experience
o Strong troubleshooting skills for transaction failures, workflow issues, and EDI processing errors.
o Provide L1/L2/L3 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
o Knowledge of services & adapters, load balancer setups & functionality.
o Upgrade or Installation knowledge of SI
