IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and related components such as:

· Information Governance Catalog (IGC)

· Knowledge Catalog (IKC)

· Manta metadata tools

Expertise inAzure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and ITIL is required.

2. Project Scope & Key Responsibilities

· Provide24x7 L1/L2/L3 operational support for IBM CP4D and related components (IGC, IKC, Manta).

· Maintain and monitorOpenShift clusters running CP4D workloads inAzure (ARO).

· Managepatching, upgrades, backup/restoration, and change coordination.

· Troubleshoot metadata management, data lineage, and integration issues.

· Collaborate with Client, IBM, and application teams on case management and escalations.

· Develop and maintainSOPs, runbooks, and automation for routine activities.

· Ensuresecurity, compliance, and platform availability.

3. Required Skills & Experience

· Hands-on experience withIBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D), especiallyIGC andManta.

· Expertise inKubernetes, OpenShift, andAzure (ARO) environments.

· Familiarity withITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).

· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

· Experience supportingenterprise-grade data governance and metadata platforms.
