IBM API Connect Responsibilities

Design, develop, publish, and manage REST/SOAP APIs using IBM API Connect.
Configure and manage API Products, Plans, Catalogs, Consumer Organizations, and Developer Portals.
Implement API security using:

OAuth 2.0
JWT
Mutual TLS
Basic Authentication
API Key Security
Perform API lifecycle management including versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
Troubleshoot API issues, gateway errors, and backend connectivity problems
