We are seeking a skilled IAM Support Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS, DevOps, UNIX, and PING Identity solutions. The role focuses on supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, ensuring system availability, security, and seamless authentication/authorization services.

Technical Requirements - Primary Skills
- AWS (1–2 years): IAM roles, policies, EC2, CloudWatch, security best practices.
- DevOps (1–2 years): CI/CD pipelines, Git, deployment automation.
- UNIX/Linux (1–2 years): scripting, troubleshooting, system administration.
- PING IAM (1–2 years): PingFederate, PingAccess, SSO, OAuth, MFA.

Secondary Skills
- Service Management (ServiceNow).
- ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IAM platforms (PING, AWS IAM) for performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot SSO/MFA/authentication issues.
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain security controls and IAM policies.
- Prepare documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Security teams.
