We are looking for an IAM Success Manager to join our IAM organization and help drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement across our IAM services and products.

You do not need to be a deep IAM expert from day one, more important is your ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, understand user needs, drive improvements, and help others succeed. 

 
About The Role 
 
As an IAM Success Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product managers, architects, and end users across the organization. 

The role combines elements of product management, service management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement. You will contribute to ensuring that IAM services deliver value, are understood by their users, and continue to evolve based on business needs and feedback. 

You will help connect business and technology perspectives, support adoption of IAM capabilities, contribute to communication and awareness activities, and participate in shaping the future direction of identity-related services for human and non-human identities.

You’ll join Digital Sales and Customer Experience, within Business Area Private, focusing on digital enablers for transformation. Our team lives by If’s core values - collaborating across business and IT to deliver the IAM services our business needs. We believe in creativity, courage, and smart investments to meet future customer demands.

• Experience in security, digital identity, and modern technology,  

• Experience in Identity & Access Management including an understanding of non-human identities such as service accounts, applications, and AI agents and their access management needs 

• Structured and proactive way of working 

• Ability to navigate both business and technology discussions 

• Fluent English skills 

It is considered an advantage if you have experience with 

• Identity Governance and Administration management 

• Product management 

• Business analysis 

• HR or workforce-related processes 

• Agile ways of working
