The IAM Security Lead is accountable for defining, designing, and securing the enterprise Identity and Access Management landscape across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This role serves as the technical authority for identity security, driving Zero Trust adoption, modern authentication, privileged access controls, and AI-driven automation to reduce risk and operational friction at scale.
Expected Skills:
Define and drive enterprise IAM strategy aligned with Zero Trust and cloud-first principles.
Manage and secure Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
Govern authentication and authorization standards using OAuth, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
Lead IGA, PAM, PIM, RBAC, and JML lifecycle automation initiatives.
Strengthen identity security through ITDR, AI-driven automation, and SIEM/SOAR integration.
Ensure IAM compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.
Provide identity risk reporting and mentor IAM teams while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders.
