IAM Engineer – Microsoft Entra ID & PAM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to manage and secure enterprise identities and privileged access across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and PAM platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), PAM solutions, and secrets management, with the ability to automate identity administration tasks using PowerShell in a hybrid identity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including users, groups, organizational units, group policies, and trust relationships.
• Support hybrid identity synchronization using Entra Connect or Cloud Sync.
• Implement, configure, and support PAM platforms, including account onboarding, password rotation, privileged session monitoring, and privileged access governance.
• Automate IAM operational activities and administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access issues.
• Support access reviews, audit activities, compliance requirements, and security governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and DevOps teams on secrets management activities and secure access practices.
• Ensure privileged credentials and sensitive information are managed securely using approved secrets management solutions.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• SC-300
• CyberArk Defender / Sentry
• AZ-500
• HashiCorp Vault Associate (Plus)
