IAM Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions. The role will focus heavily on Okta administration, SSO, user lifecycle management, automated provisioning, and access controls. This position is onsite only, five days a week, with preferred locations in San Francisco, Austin, TX, New York, or DC. The duration of the role is 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions with a focus on Okta.
• Manage user lifecycle, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer SSO, SAML, and OAuth configurations.
• Develop and enforce access controls and security policies.
• Automate identity processes using Okta Workflows or similar tools.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta.
• Experience with IAM / Identity & Access Management.
• Proficient in SSO, SAML, OAuth, and MFA/authentication.
• Experience in user provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Okta groups, roles, and policies.
