About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) service delivery in enterprise environments.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong technical ownership, leadership capabilities, and hands-on expertise in IAM tools and Identity Governance (IGA), while driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage end-to-end IAM service delivery and provide strong technical ownership across enterprise identity environments.
- Lead technical delivery activities involving IAM tools and Identity Governance (IGA) initiatives.
- Drive IAM transformation, automation, modernization, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage complex technical escalations while ensuring adherence to SLA, KPI, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver high-quality IAM services.
- Lead service governance, performance reviews, operational improvements, and risk management activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM teams through knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Support strategic planning and execution of IAM service enhancements aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IAM operations through proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement.
Required Skills
Proficient
- Strong exposure to any two IAM tools
- IAM Technical Delivery
Intermediate
- Identity Governance / IGA
- Stakeholder Management
- 14+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on IAM technical experience.
- Strong experience in technical delivery, service management, team leadership, and client management.
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture and enterprise identity environments.
- Good understanding of ITIL, SLA/KPI management, ITSM, security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM programs.
