Job Description:	Skills: IAM Business Analyst – Secret Management. Experience Required: 6-8 Role Descriptions: • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with 2+ years of experience with any of the Secret management platform (Hashicorp, CyberArk, Beyond trust etc). • Experience in Privileged Account Onboarding: Collaborate with project teams to onboard privileged accounts onto the vaulting platform securely. • Cloud Skills: Proficient in AWS and/or Azure cloud services. Understand cloud infrastructure and best practices. • JSON Expertise: Work with JSON data structures effectively. • Record, capture, and authenticate user login information (usernames, passwords, certificates, etc.) • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions is a must. • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) scripting is a plus. • Understand API security and routing. Soft Skills Required • Expert in being proactive and a self-starter, capable of working under limited guidance and supervision. • Have a clear understanding of Identity and Access Management especially in Privileged Access Management concepts and overall information flow. Candidate should present understanding of industry best practices in respective field and awareness of globally recognized standards & frameworks. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures. • Open-minded, proactive approach to improve surrounding reality and feeling comfortable adapting to change in fast-paced work environments. • Provide analytical and critical thinking to support consistency of requirements and development of best-fit solutions while solving problems of various complexity. • Excellent presentation skills with an excellent standard of English. • Collaboration Skills: Bridge the gap between technical and business teams. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile environment. Our Ideal Candidate has • Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science/Information Technology, Engineering, or similar. • Min 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with 2+ years of experience with any of the Secret management platform (Hashicorp, CyberArk, Beyond trust etc). • Min 5 years or more experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in large, worldwide organizations. • Working experience with creating different types of business analysis and project documentation for variety of stakeholders (senior management, operation departments, vendors, end users).
