We are seeking a senior-level IAM Authentication Product Owner to support strategic authentication initiatives and enterprise identity modernization efforts. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product lifecycle, roadmap, and backlog for enterprise authentication services.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, story creation, stand-ups, and Agile delivery activities.
- Partner with business, security, engineering, and infrastructure teams to define priorities and deliver secure authentication solutions.
- Support enterprise authentication modernization initiatives, including cloud authentication adoption and platform enhancements.
- Drive implementation and enhancement efforts involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, MFA, SSO, and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
- Establish authentication standards, onboarding patterns, and governance processes for identity services and applications.
- Track key performance indicators and support continuous improvement of authentication platforms and user experience.
- Significant experience as a Product Owner leading Agile delivery teams.
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and authentication technologies.
- Experience working within large, highly regulated organizations, preferably within financial services environments.
- Deep understanding of authentication platforms and identity management solutions
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
- Strong Agile, Scrum, and Kanban experience.

- Strong understanding of credential security and password lifecycle management.
