Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with strong expertise inIAM andSailPoint to support identity governance, access remediation, account lifecycle management, and access governance initiatives. The role focuses on orphan account remediation, account correlation, entitlement governance, access reviews, and audit support while ensuring compliance with enterprise identity governance standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze orphan account reports and identify accounts that are not linked to valid parent identities.
  • Perform remediation activities, including account correlation, cleanup, and closure of orphan account issues.
  • Review and validate accounts eligible for pruning and execute approved cleanup activities.
  • Identify terminated or inactive users with active access and coordinate timely access removal with application owners.
  • Perform manual account correlation inSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ensure accurate identity-to-account associations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of Workgroup Owners and Null Entitlement Owners within the User Access Portal (UAP).
  • Identify ownership gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to assign appropriate entitlement owners in alignment with access governance requirements.
  • Work closely with application owners and business stakeholders to validate account status, obtain approvals, and support remediation efforts.
  • Raise, monitor, and track remediation requests through ServiceNow to maintain governance and audit traceability.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation including reports, remediation records, approvals, evidence, and communication logs.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance activities by providing accurate reporting and supporting evidence.
  • Drive continuous improvement ofIAM data quality, identity governance processes, and operational effectiveness.
