IAM Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IAM Analyst for a hybrid position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI or New York, NY. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains, working across various IAM departments. This role requires project management experience, strong initiative, and the ability to produce and analyze metrics and reports to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various IAM departments to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions, ensuring consistent practices across the organization
• Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning, while staying updated with the latest IAM technologies and best practices
• Support IAM projects by assisting with project planning, coordinating resources, and providing updates to stakeholders to ensure timely progress
• Identify and address IAM-related issues and opportunities for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance IAM processes and security
• Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports, providing regular updates on IAM activities, compliance, and project status

Primary Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in IAM or a related field
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
• Familiarity with IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, etc
• Knowledge of security protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
