Manager, Tax & Compliance

Job Purpose

To make sure all Tax & Compliance related issues are timely addressed both for the company and  client

Reports to: Tax & Compliance Director

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Manage all tax related issues and documentation for the client and for the company
• Effectively allocate, monitor and delegate assignments to subordinates
• Manage all VAT refunds, compliances, Tax Audits, Examinations and Objections
• Manage all transfer pricing documentation
• Understand and interpret Tax Laws
• Conduct / Attend / Participate in internal training sessions
• Attend and participate in committee meetings where required
• Any other Tax & Compliance related tasks assigned by the employer

Knowledge & Experience 

• Post Graduate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Tax Management or equivalent
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Suit
• Proficiency in Tax & Compliance automation tools and systems
• over 5 years of working experience
