Your role and responsibilities 

As a result of growthof our organization - ABB Medium VoltageDrives we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Junior Data Analytics & BI Specialist in our factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki.   

In this role, you will become part of a team thatleverages data, analytics, automation, and AI to support strategic business decisions and drive operational excellence. You will work with modern technologies includingPower BI, Databricks, Python, SQL, and Generative AI solutions, contributing to projects that have a real impact on business performance and continuous improvement.

You will bemainly accountable for: 

• Maintain,optimize, and further develop existing BI, AI, and automation solutions to maximize business value and operational efficiency. 

• Prepare, test, andmaintain Python scripts, notebooks, and data workflows supporting installed base analytics and reporting activities. 

• Support,monitor, and improve Large Language Model (LLM) solutions used for field failure analysis, knowledge extraction, and process automation. 

• Design, develop, andmaintain Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

• Contribute to Databricks-based analytics workflows, data pipeline development, and data quality improvement initiatives. 

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to analytics, reporting, and automation tools. 

• Create andmaintain clear technical documentation tosupport solution sustainability and knowledge sharing. 

• Identify automation opportunities and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. 

Qualifications for the role 

• Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, ora related field. 

• 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, or a similar analytical role. 

• Practical experience working withPower BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL. 

• Basic understanding ofGenerative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their business applications. 

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to data quality. 

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and effectively communicate analytical findings. 

• Curiosity, willingness to learnnew technologies, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
