Team Assistant, Finance - Working Student (50%)

Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in finance? We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support our Operational Finance and Risk Management team with day-to-day payment processing and reconciliation tasks.

As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on-site.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Handle the processing of various types of payments

• Ensure precise and timely booking of all payments issued

• Organize payment runs

• Reconcile bank accounts in various currencies on a weekly basis

• Support the Financial Accountant in daily tasks

• Interact professionally with various internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Finance Operations Manager

You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.

Requirements

• Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is also required

• Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
