Hygienic Specialist

Job Description

·        Perform scheduled verification activities, including GMP audits, KHMS performance monitoring and cleaning verification.

·        Lead hygiene-related performance monitoring across the Indonesia Business Unit and report identified trends, risks and non-conformances.

·        Manage hygiene verification and validation activities, including reviewing and approving site-based validation plans and following up corrective actions.

·        Lead and participate in internal and external audits, including supporting the timely closure of audit findings.

·        Develop, implement, maintain and evaluate sanitation procedures and training in accordance with the Heinz Sanitation Program.

·        Provide sanitation and cleaning expertise, guidance, awareness and training to FSQ, Production, Maintenance and other relevant functions.

·        Support production personnel in completing line and facility sanitation activities in accordance with master sanitation schedules, daily tasks, maintenance work schedules and production schedules.

·        Manage relationships with third-party providers for cleaning, sanitation, pest control and uniforms, ensuring agreed service requirements are met.

·        Conduct quarterly business reviews with third-party cleaning service providers and monitor service performance.

·        Lead pest control performance programs across the Business Unit and verify that service providers meet established requirements.

·        Lead the environmental monitoring program requirements across the Business Unit.

·        Ensure KHMS standards and Golden Rules relating to hygiene prerequisite programs are implemented in line with Kraft Heinz expectations.

·        Analyse customer complaints and product preference issues associated with sanitation and support the development of corrective and preventive actions.

·        Manage the Business Unit hygienic design review schedule and support capital project reviews against hygienic design principles.

·        Lead the Cleaning and Sanitation Community of Better Practice to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.

·        Maintain accurate reporting and records for hygiene, sanitation, verification, validation and performance-monitoring activities.

·        Escalate significant hygiene risks and non-conformances identified through audits, monitoring and verification activities to Site Management.
