We are currently seeking aHygiene Executive to join our team. The Hygiene Executive will support the implementation of hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety requirements across hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across hotel operations.
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and follow up on identified issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and relevant regulations.
• Support hygiene training and awareness programmes for colleagues.
• Maintain hygiene records and documentation.
• Work closely with departments to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address hygiene concerns.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments.
