A Claremore industrial team is looking for adependable, hands-on individual to join their crew and learn specialized equipment cleaning and maintenance processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoysworking with their hands, being outdoors or in industrial environments, and learning a skilled trade.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians and receivehands-on training in high-pressure water cleaning, industrial equipment maintenance, and job-site safety.

Previous experience in hydro blasting is not required. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attendance, mechanical common sense, and a willingness to learn.

💰 Pay & Schedule

• $19.50/hour

• Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Overtime as needed

• Full-Time |Contract-to-Hire

• Claremore, OK

🔧 What You'll Do

• Assist experienced technicians with setup and operation of specialized industrial cleaning equipment

• Help connect and move hoses, pumps, nozzles, and other equipment

• Support cleaning and maintenance work on industrial equipment, tanks, and piping

• Help prepare tools and materials for each job and safely load/unload equipment

• Monitor work areas and help maintain a safe environment for the crew

• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized

• Participate in daily safety meetings and hands-on training

• Learn additional responsibilities as you develop your skills

⭐ No Experience? That's Okay.

You don't need to come in knowing how to hydro blast.

This could be a strong fit if you've worked in:

• Industrial or manufacturing environments

• Construction or skilled trades

• Maintenance or mechanical work

• Oil & gas

• Welding or fabrication

• Equipment operation

• Warehouse or other physically demanding jobs

You may also be a fit if you'renew to the industry but are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn a trade.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Comfortable working in industrial environments and around heavy equipment

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

💪 This Is a Physical Job

This ishands-on industrial work, not a desk position.

You should be comfortable:

• Lifting and carrying50+ pounds

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working for extended periods

• Working outdoors and in unconditioned industrial environments

• Working around water, machinery, hoses, and industrial equipment

• Working in confined or elevated areas when required and properly trained
