Job Summary:

Tryfacta is seeking experienced Oracle EBS Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Professionals for our client, Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), in Washington, DC 20005. This is a temporary contract assignment supporting the USAC UNIFi Financial System.

We are sourcing candidates across the following six roles:

• Contract Manager

• Senior Oracle EBS Technical Lead – R12.2

• Senior Oracle EBS Functional Lead

• Oracle EBS Service Delivery Manager

• Senior Oracle Database 19c DBA / OCI Infrastructure SME

• Senior Oracle OCI Security SME

Project Title: Oracle EBS Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services – USAC UNIFi Financial System

Location: 700 12th Street NW, Suite 900, Washington, DC 20005
Duration: Initial 1-year contract, with one optional 1-year renewal
Work Schedule: Hybrid; minimum 2 days per week onsite in Washington, DC, under the current policy. Virtual work is permitted under USAC's policy.
Pay Rate: Based on role and experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage contract operations, client communications, staffing coordination, and contract administration.

• Lead Oracle EBS R12.2 technical operations, application patching, integrations, RICE development, Oracle Workflow, and application support.

• Manage Oracle EBS Financials functional configuration, financial process support, troubleshooting, and period-close activities.

• Oversee O&M service delivery, service-level performance, issue escalation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

• Support Oracle Database 19c administration, backup and recovery, patching, application-server administration, SSL certificate management, and disaster recovery testing.

• Provide Oracle OCI security expertise, including cloud security controls and access management.

• Collaborate with USAC's internal team to provide mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer.

To be considered for these positions, you should have:

• Relevant senior-level experience aligned with the specific role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Financials, Oracle Database 19c, OCI infrastructure, or OCI security, as applicable.

• Experience supporting enterprise Oracle applications in production and managed-services environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to support knowledge transfer and mentor internal teams.

• Current Oracle EBS certifications for designated Key Personnel, as required by the RFP. Exact certification names are not specified for each role.
