About the location:

The Role of HVAC Technician: 

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2027, marking an exciting new chapter for our property.  We are now seeking a talented HVAC Technician to join the Engineering team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of all HVAC systems within the hotel, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment used to maintain guest comfort and support hotel operations, while ensuring full compliance with current health, safety, and environmental regulations and legislation.

Our Ideal HVAC Technician candidate will have: 

-A diploma or technical certification in HVAC

-Solid knowledge of air conditioning including chilled water systems, heating systems and ventilation systems

-Good understanding of control systems including BMS

- Commitment to safety standards, regulations, and best practices.

-Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

-Previous experience in hospitality, commercial facilities, or building maintenance is an advantage.
