About the Team

We are building anew Private AI / Sovereign AI team focused on positioning, demonstrating, designing, and implementing next-generation enterprise AI platforms.

The team will work closely with NTT Hungary'sData Center, Customer Experience, and Networking business areas, developing AI solutions that can be integrated into existing enterprise environments and services — from contact centers and text-to-speech solutions to broader AI-powered business applications.

Our vision is todesign, scale, demonstrate, and deliver enterprise AI platforms that provide the foundation for a growing portfolio of AI services and solutions.

As anAI Solution Engineer, you will play a hands-on role across the entire solution lifecycle — from customer discovery, pre-sales and proof-of-concepts through technical validation, deployment, and early production implementation.

Given that the position is part of the Hungarian subsidiary/organizational unit, and that the role supports medium and large corporations, as well as Hungarian state-owned enterprises,fluent knowledge of both Hungarian and English, as well as a location in Hungary—preferably Pest County/Budapest—is essential

What You Will Do

• Build and deploy AI solutions — configure, integrate, validate, and troubleshoot enterprise AI platforms across on-premises, private cloud, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
• Develop hands-on AI prototypes and PoCs using LLMs, open-weight models, model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agentic AI workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions by contributing to solution concepts, architecture, sizing, technical designs, and implementation approaches.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise environments, including APIs, data sources, identity and authentication services, security controls, and existing business applications.
• Lead the technical delivery of successful PoCs and sales engagements, transitioning validated solutions toward secure, scalable, and operable implementations.
• Create and deliver technical demonstrations and workshops, explaining complex AI technologies and demonstrating their practical business value to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions across applications, AI platforms, containers, infrastructure, integrations, and model-serving environments.
• Develop reusable technical assets, including reference architectures, deployment patterns, configurations, documentation, runbooks, and demo environments.
• Collaborate across disciplines, working with AI architects, cloud and infrastructure teams, networking, security, delivery, sales, and technology partners.
• Stay current with enterprise AI technologies and evaluate emerging platforms, frameworks, model-serving technologies, and cloud-native capabilities.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, solution engineering, systems integration, or a comparable technical role.
• Strong practical experience with Linux, Python, REST APIs, Git, scripting, and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to develop and integrate working solutions rather than focusing solely on operations.
• Hands-on experience with containers and deployment technologies, particularly Docker, with working knowledge of Kubernetes or comparable orchestration platforms; OpenShift experience is a strong advantage.
• Practical understanding of modern Generative AI, including LLM APIs or model inference, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and agentic AI concepts. Professional AI/ML experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience integrating and deploying software across enterprise environments, including on-premises, private cloud, hybrid cloud, or public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of enterprise AI infrastructure and operations, including model serving, inference, GPU-based workloads, security, identity, networking, monitoring, and production-readiness considerations.
• Customer-facing and solution-oriented mindset, with an ability to participate in pre-sales, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, solution validation, and early-stage implementations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and continuous-learning skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, sales teams, and customers.
