Title:	Human Resources Specialists
Location:	100% Remote
Duration:	6+ Month
Pay Range	$25.00/hr. – $29.24/hr. on W2 all Inclusive.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent research, or a related talent acquisition function.

Qualifications We Prefer

Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for competitive, specialized, or hard-to-fill positions.
Experience using professional networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and talent research techniques to identify prospective candidates.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify talent market trends and translate findings into actionable sourcing strategies.
Proven ability to build talent pipelines and engage prospective candidates through targeted outreach and relationship development.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities, adapt strategies to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal oversight.
Experience using recruiting metrics and sourcing analytics to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and improve results.
Curiosity and willingness to explore new sourcing channels, technologies, and approaches to talent identification.
