As an HRBP Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our overall business strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop strategic HR plans to address them.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for assigned business units, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching for employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support organizational development initiatives, such as talent development programs, succession planning, and change management efforts.
Qualifications:
- For Specialist position, minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an HRBP Specialist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
