About Human Resources:

The HR department handles a range of different functionswithin an organization like hiring and recruiting, training and development,compensation, developing and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employeecareer development and addressing current employee concerns. The HR Departmentis responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs inthe Bank.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility would be to ensure trainingdelivery through offline and online channels for all businesses in theregion/zone through a team of regional training coordinators and trainers

Key Responsibilities

�        Coordinating andfacilitating programs across respective circles for employees posted there.Planning and implementing new programs as per emerging requirements.

�        Connecting & following up with businessand participants/absentees for attending the training programme and resolvingqueries /Track Follow up for attendance to ensure that all eligible staffcomplete the mandatory training (VILT+ELT) within the timeline.

�        Provide a monthly Learning Data &Dashboard of the programs conducted by facilitator within timelines. Createdaily MIS & dashboard for CO & region driven program and share with allregions for follow-ups. Creating employee wise masterdata/RegionalMIS/Dashboards/Presentations for regular follow-ups and meetingswith business & HR stake holders.

�        Ensuring identification of new joinees,and 100% invitation coverage of the new joinees in mandatory induction programsas per their role. Sending training invites at least 15 days prior to theprogram.

�        Handling queries from business andaudit team on learning data and keeping Records of all Traning programsconducted in FY by facilitator.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

�        MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevantfield (Preferable) from a recognized institute.

�        Leadership skills

�        8 � 10 years of Learning andDevelopment experience
