Responsibilities:

� Createlearning content for the Bank, including PowerPoint presentations (PPT) andSCORM compliant materials, using instructional design principles and methodologies.

� Collaboratewith stakeholders, such as the Learning and Organizational Development(L&OD) and Business teams, to understand their learning content needs.

� Applyrelevant instructional design techniques to develop high-quality learning materialsthat align with the Bank's learning objectives, policies, and guidelines.

� Incorporatevisuals, interactive elements, and multimedia components to enhance engagementand learning effectiveness.

� Regularlyreview and revise learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

� Work closelywith subject matter experts to gather information and validate the accuracy ofthe content.

� Coordinatewith internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion ofprojects.

� Prepare workschedules and timelines to meet the agreed-upon number of learning creationseach month.

� Seek feedbackfrom stakeholders and make necessary improvements to the content based on theirinputs.

� Followestablished processes for content review and obtain final sign-off fromstakeholders involved in the evaluation process.

� Stay updatedwith the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, e-learningtechnologies, and adult learning principles.
