Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, leave management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention activities.
- Support employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with FMLA, medical/military leave, return-to-work, and workers’ compensation processes.
- Support employee benefits, open enrollment, and benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and payroll/HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Assist with employee investigations, separations, unemployment claims, and verification requests.
- Partner with managers on HR policies, job descriptions, training, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
Requirements: - 3+ years of HR experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field required.
- Recruiting experience required; retail or pharmacy experience preferred.
- Experience with federal and multi-state HR compliance.
- Knowledge of employee relations, FMLA/leave management, benefits, and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- HR certification is preferred.
