HUMAN RESOURCES EMPLOYEE COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

POSITION: Human Resources Employee Coordinator – Part time

SUPERVISOR: Human Resources Director

Assists with:

Scheduling and conducting new hire employee orientation.

Answering questions of a routine nature or referring to the Director as appropriate.

Filing/organizing employee files/uploads.

Receiving incoming inquiries and correspondence for the Human Resources office. Including but not limited to: phone calls, mail, email, in-person inquiries.

Perform duties according to the highest ethical and moral standards and in adherence with the facility’s corporate compliance plan and all applicable governing laws. Adheres to the facility’s confidentiality statement in accessing and safeguarding protected health information (PHI) of residents and employees, as necessary to perform job duties.

Any other duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

Associate degree in business or related field or relevant working experience.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and carry out required office duties.

Ability to adapt to a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
