The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business goals.## Key Responsibilities* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.* Manage the recruitment and selection process.* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.* Nurture a positive working environment.* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.* Maintain pay plan and benefits program.* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.## Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 0-5 years of experience in human resources or related field.* Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).* Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.* Proficient in MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) will be a plus.* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.* Strong ethics and reliability.## Why Join Nauticapools?At Nauticapools, we offer a collaborative and innovative work environment where you can grow your career.
