Job Description

We are seeking aSenior GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern GenAI solutions.

Location: Schaumburg, IL
Employment Type: W2 Contract

• Strong hands-on GenAI development experience.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.

• Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong foundation inArtificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning principles.

• Strong programming expertise inPython.

• Hands-on experience withHugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.

• Proven experience building,fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), including both open-source and commercial models.

• Experience developingAgentic AI systems and workflow orchestration using frameworks such as:

  • LangGraph

  • CrewAI

  • OpenAI Agents

  • Similar agent-based AI frameworks

• Experience working withmulti-modal data and intelligent, agent-based AI tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI/GenAI challenges.

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative mindset.

• Passion for developing practical solutions usingAI and Generative AI technologies.
