Weare responsible amongother thingsforland transports of pulp from our Finnishpulpmills to customersin Finlandas well as to ports and warehousesin Finlandand havean important role in the Pulp business and in ensuring customer satisfaction. What you will do 

• Initially take overall responsibility for stock management of the KotkaMussalopulp terminalin Finland. This will include keeping track of the incoming and outgoing pulp flows on product and quality level as well as availability checks and communicating loading instructions to the port operatorin cooperation with Planning, Customer Service, Logistics,DispatchPlanningandthe warehouse operator  

• At a later stage tasks could also include to plan and executetransportsfrom our Finnish Pulp mills tocustomers mostly in Finland as well as to ports and other warehousesin Finlandin cooperation withSupply ChainPlanning,Customer Service, Logistics,Pulp millwarehouse teams andservice providers 

• Guarantee high service level and customer satisfaction 

• Ensureseamlesstransportation flows withourcontract carriers 

• Processand executetransportand stock transferorders inUPM Pulp ERP system (SAP) 

• Verifytransport and warehousinginvoices 

• Contribute to continuous improvementofwarehousingprocesses 

Who you are 

• You haveaBachelor’s degree or other comparable educationpreferably in the fields ofLogistics,Supply ChainManagement or International Business 

• You have more than three years of relevant professional experienceworkingespeciallywithstock management but also onroad and/or railtransport in afast-pacedinternationalenvironment 

• You are a proficient user ofMS Excel.Experience in SAP Transport Managementor some otherTransport Management Systemand Power BI reporting tool is a benefit 

• You haveacustomer-oriented mindset and flexibility 

• You haveanindependent and structured way of working,ahigh level ofproactivity, and personal initiative and can work well under pressure 

• You have excellent problem-solving skills and strong determination 

• You havevery good team-working ability 

• You have effective communication skills (spoken and written), and you are fluent in English,Finnishlanguage skills are considered an asset

Additional information 

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration inWroclaw. 

Please note that this is afixed term position with an end day on 31.10.2028. 

The position holder will report to Manager, Finland Logistics.
