About the role

This position is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and warranty services for chiller and RLC systems in the Phu Quoc region.

Enhance service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description

This position is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and warranty services for chiller and RLC systems in the Phu Quoc region, while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Consulting Support

• Confirm the functions and technical features of the product according to project requirements.
• Participate in meetings with customers to present and advise on solutions when requested by customers or investors.

2. Support Delivery & Acceptance

• Support the acceptance of the quantity and quality of products upon delivery (if required).

3. Training

• Provide technical documents and corresponding instruction manuals for each project/construction.
• Instructions for installation for customers.
• Instructions for installation to contractors according to the technical requirements and standards of the product.

4. Warranty and T&C

• Perform T&C (Testing & Commissioning) if applicable.
• Provide system operation instructions to the customer (onsite or offsite, depending on the agreement).
• Conduct warranty checks

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering related to HVAC systems, preferably in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment and chiller systems
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong field service and on-site work management skills.
• Good planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and manuals in English
