By leveraging legal expertise and advanced research methods, they ensure clear ownership and compliance in all property transactions.
Pavago is partnering with the client to expand their legal team by hiringexperienced attorneys from Pakistan who are eager to apply their skills in the specialized field ofUS oil and gas law and receive training asLandmen.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducttitle research for oil and gas properties in Texas, verifying mineral rights ownership.
- Review, analyze, and interpretdeeds, leases, contracts, and legal documents.
- Supportnegotiations and acquisitions related to mineral rights.
- Prepare and maintaindetailed reports and documentation of findings.
- Work closely with the US-based team to align on research accuracy and project goals.
- Ensure all work is delivered withprecision, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
Key Requirements
- Licensed attorney with4+ years of legal practice experience (property law, corporate law, contracts, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent proficiency inEnglish (must read, write, and speak fluently).
- Strongresearch, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Highattention to detail when reviewing complex documents.
