The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilizehighly skilled international and local talent, includingexpatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists, to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

1. Conduct regular site HSE inspections, monitor PTW, JSA, confined space, lifting & working at height activities.
2. Lead toolbox talks, HSE induction, safety training and emergency drills.
3. Identify hazards, track non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
4. Support incident / near-miss investigation, prepare HSE reports to client.
5. Liaise with project team, contractors and TEN client HSE representatives.
6. Promote safety culture and zero LTI target on site.

1. Minimum 8+ years offshore / topside HSE supervision experience in oil & gas EPC project.
2. Hold NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification; offshore survival certificates preferred.
3. Familiar with offshore construction, risk assessment and client HSE management system.
4. Fluent English, good communication skill in multi-cultural team.
5. Familiar with PTW, JSA, HAZID, incident investigation.
