HSE Manager

Develop, implement, and maintainHSE policies, procedures, and programs in line withOman Ministry of Labour,ROP, andenvironmental regulations

Ensure compliance withISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards

Conductrisk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and job safety analysis (JSA)

Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure corrective & preventive actions

Monitor site safety performance and conduct regularHSE audits and inspections

Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and crisis management

Ensure properPPE usage and safety awareness across all departments

DeliverHSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions

Liaise with government authorities, clients, and third-party auditors

Prepare and submitHSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation

• Manage environmental controls such as waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control
