ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct physical exams and take medical histories of patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe medication and other treatments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays, MRIs).
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their health and wellness.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in the field.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong knowledge of medical treatments, procedures, and protocols.

- Experience in a similar role or specialty.
- Additional certifications or training in a specific area of medicine.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Valid medical license in the state or region of practice.
