HRSG 제작 공정의 전략적 관리자로서, 복잡한 프로젝트의 생산 효율을 극대화하고 프로세스 표준화를 주도합니다. 현장의 잠재적 리스크를 선제적으로 파악하여 해결하며, 데이터 기반의 의사결정을 통해 생산 시스템의 안정성 및 수익성 향상을 책임집니다.

5. 주요 업무

• 생산 전략 수립 및 리스크 관리: 전사적 프로젝트 마일스톤에 맞춘 종합 생산 로드맵 수립. 병목 구간에 대한 선제적 대책 수립 및 위기 관리(Risk Management) 주도.

• 부서 간 조율 및 의사결정: 설계-구매-생산-품질 부서 간의 복잡한 이해관계를 조정하고, 기술적 이슈 발생 시 최적의 해결 방안을 도출하여 의사결정을 이끕니다.

• 공정 혁신 및 표준화: 현장 생산성 지표(KPI)를 분석하여 개선안을 도출하고, 고도화된 프로세스 표준화(Work Standardization)를 통해 품질 개선 및 원가 절감을 견인합니다.

• 멘토링 및 역량 강화: 팀 내 주니어 엔지니어의 기술적 멘토링을 수행하며, 생산 프로세스 운영 역량을 상향 평준화합니다.

• 공급망 전략 대응: 글로벌 공급망 변동성에 대응하기 위한 자재 수급 및 협력사 운영 최적화 전략을 기획합니다.

6. 자격 요건

• 학력사항: 기계공학, 금속공학, 산업공학 등 관련 분야 학사 학위 이상

• 경력사항: HRSG 또는 플랜트/기자재 제작 업계 생산관리 또는 공정관리 6년 이상 경력

• 핵심역량:

o 대형 기계 구조물 제작 공정 및 프로젝트 관리(PM) 이해도

o 생산 일정 관리 툴(MS Project, Primavera 등) 및 ERP 시스템 활용 능력

o 협력사 및 내외부 이해관계자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 조율 능력

o 데이터 분석(Excel/Power BI 등)을 통한 생산성 리포트 작성 능력

• 우대사항:

o 기계기사, 용접기사, 산업안전기사, 품질경영기사 등 관련 자격증 보유자

Job Description

1. Job Title: Lead Professional (LPB) – HRSG Production Process Control

2. Department: Production Team

3. Location: GE Power Systems Korea (Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do)

4. Job Summary: As a strategic lead for the HRSG manufacturing process, you will maximize production efficiency and drive process standardization for complex projects. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks, leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance the stability and profitability of our production systems.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Production Strategy & Risk Management: Establish comprehensive production roadmaps aligned with project milestones. Proactively identify bottlenecks and lead risk management efforts.

• Cross-Functional Coordination & Decision Making: Manage complex relationships between Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality departments. Drive decision-making by formulating optimal solutions for technical issues.

• Process Innovation & Standardization: Analyze production KPIs to develop improvement initiatives. Drive quality enhancement and cost reduction through advanced work standardization.

• Mentoring & Capability Building: Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, elevating the overall operational capability of the production team.

• Supply Chain Strategy: Devise and execute strategies to optimize material procurement and subcontractor management in response to global supply chain volatility.

6. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in production or process control within the HRSG, plant, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.

• Core Competencies:

o Deep understanding of large-scale mechanical fabrication processes and Project Management (PM).

o Proficiency in production scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and ERP systems.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

o Strong data analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) for generating productivity reports.

• Preferred Qualifications:

o Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer in Mechanical, Welding, Industrial Safety, or Quality Management).
