he E-Learning Development Specialist supports the conversion, migration, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and deployment of web-based learning content. The role will contribute to the high-volume conversion of existing WBT courses for use in the My Learning environment, ensuring each course is technically functional, compliant, packaged in the required format, and ready for deployment to an LMS or LCMS. The specialist will work closely with project and learning stakeholders, provide clear status updates, and maintain quality throughout the development life cycle.
