Responsibilities:

Resource must have a strong product understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and recruiting functionality.
Must have prior experience in implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud for US based clients.
This resource should have good functional understanding of Recruiting business process and any gaps in Oracle product.
Should be able to lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 and background check.
This is a client facing role which requires strong verbal and written communication skills along with ability to work with off-shore team members.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments
