POWER BI DASHBOARD DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Duties
Update current Talent Acquisition dashboards in Power BI using data from multiple HR systems, including Workday and Avature.
Partner with People Analytics team to confirm the right business needs are being addressed and select effective data visualizations.
Document reporting solutions and data improvement methods with standard work instructions.

Skills:
Workday HCM experience required
Workday advanced report writing required
Workday testing experience required
There will be NO Workday configuration access in this role

Power BI dashboard design and development required
Data analysis and visualization skills required
HR data integration and reporting skills required
