Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to support the optimization, administration, and strategic enhancement of HR technology platforms. This role will serve as a key resource for HR systems, reporting, data integrity, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically proficient, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve the employee and business experience.What You'll Do
- Manage and support HR technology systems, including upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable workforce insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support organizational initiatives.
- Assist with system integrations, process documentation, training materials, and user support.
- Participate in projects related to HR technology improvements and digital transformation efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions that enhance HR operations and reporting capabilities.
- Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Human Resources Information Systems or related workforce technology platforms.
- Experience with HR systems administration, reporting, data analysis, and implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
- Professional Human Resources or related certifications are a plus.
